What will the SubCommittee do?

The Subcommittee is an advisory body that will provide feedback and recommendations for this focused update at key points in the process. They will participate in workshops and public hearings, assist in the development of the plan and provide guidance to Matrix, the HRRA Board and to the other GovGuam agencies on all aspects of the process.

Subcommittee

GEDA and HRRA are conducting a focused update of the Hagatna Master Plan. The plan and its alternatives guide future development and important policy decisions that will form the physical organization of Hagatna for the upcoming 20 years. As part of the update process, GEDA and HRRA has formed a Subcommittee of HRRA Board members, officials and government staff to provide input to help guide the discussion and the Master Plan update. Additional stakeholders to interview consisting of government employees, business and community leaders have been identified by GEDA and HRRA.
